In February of 2025, United Remodeling gave us a quote and replaced our old wooden deck (approx. 40 years old) with a 14’ x 16’ composite deck- and we couldn’t be more pleased with what Leonardo and his crew made for us! Timeliness-They did what they said they would when they said they would, with a quick tear down but then a careful rebuild. Planning and Flexibility- He consulted with us and had a well-thought out plan for the construction but then as things came up, Leonardo was flexible and willing to make compromises that were practical and a better fit for the project. Craftsmanship- The whole crew of 5 all appeared to be skilled workers and to know their business; they were relaxed but stayed on task. This showed up in the overall look of the deck, with nicely joined seams, a sturdy feel and additional detail given to the small spaces and tight corners. Leonardo listened to us and to what we wanted but also had practical suggestions that improved the structural integrity as well as the overall feel of the deck. After finishing, they cleaned up nicely and hauled away all the debris. Pricing was competitive and the project was finished within budget. United was referred to us by a satisfied neighbor and we have already told another neighbor about them. We would definitely use this company again for construction and remodeling work and HIGHLY recommend United Remodeling to anyone.
