This is the second time that I have used Leo for a project. When my lower desk began to fail I immediately thought of Leo, and without any hesitation I called upon Leo to repair the lower desk. Once again Leo and his crew did an exemplary job of bringing the deck back to a sturdy and durable status. The substructure of the deck was expertly done, no corners were cut, the overall aspect was that the deck was far better than it was originally. United Remodeling has been a fantastic group to work with for our decking needs. We don't live locally, so I really needed to trust and be completely confident with our choice and Leo and his crew did not disappoint in any way. Our deck is beautiful! We also worked together to come up with a plan to include a screened porch underneath the deck. I also hired them to redo a dock deck at my mother's house. His pricing is fair and he delivers in a timely manner. Great hire!!

United Remodeling and Exteriors did an excellent job. They showed up every day and put in a full 8 hours in the hottest and most humid days of summer. On the last day they worked 10 hours to get the job done! The quality of the work shows great care and craftsmanship. They do not cut corners and are worth every penny of their very reasonsble price.
In February of 2025, United Remodeling gave us a quote and replaced our old wooden deck (approx. 40 years old) with a 14’ x 16’ composite deck- and we couldn’t be more pleased with what Leonardo and his crew made for us! Timeliness-They did what they said they would when they said they would, with a quick tear down but then a careful rebuild. Planning and Flexibility- He consulted with us and had a well-thought out plan for the construction but then as things came up, Leonardo was flexible and willing to make compromises that were practical and a better fit for the project. Craftsmanship- The whole crew of 5 all appeared to be skilled workers and to know their business; they were relaxed but stayed on task. This showed up in the overall look of the deck, with nicely joined seams, a sturdy feel and additional detail given to the small spaces and tight corners. Leonardo listened to us and to what we wanted but also had practical suggestions that improved the structural integrity as well as the overall feel of the deck. After finishing, they cleaned up nicely and hauled away all the debris. Pricing was competitive and the project was finished within budget. United was referred to us by a satisfied neighbor and we have already told another neighbor about them. We would definitely use this company again for construction and remodeling work and HIGHLY recommend United Remodeling to anyone.
Leo and team are absolutely fantastic!! While they were doing work on our porch, they were so great that my neighbor reached out for them to do work on their shed!! Quality of work and communication excellent. We are repeat customers, we love Leo!
